Clear reward terms
Program version: October 11, 2026.
- Reward: 20% of eligible monthly service fees collected for the first three monthly service periods, up to $500 total per new client. Calculated on actual fees after discounts and refunds; software, wages, taxes, pass-through costs and one-time projects are excluded.
- Qualifying client: a new business that was not already a client or an active prospect, introduced through your registered link before our first sales conversation. The client must sign an engagement agreement and make a qualifying payment within 90 days of introduction.
- Attribution: one reward recipient per client. The first valid, documented introduction takes priority. Duplicate submissions do not create extra rewards. Self-referrals and referrals of your own business are ineligible.
- Verification and payout: Alex confirms attribution, partner contact details, the signed agreement and collected payments. Earned rewards are reviewed monthly and arranged within 30 days of qualifying collection and completed verification. We will contact you privately for payout details; no bank information is collected here.
- Cancellations and refunds: unpaid or refunded fees do not earn a reward. A cancellation stops rewards for future unpaid periods. If a qualifying fee is refunded after a payout, the associated reward must be returned or offset against future rewards.
- Partner boundaries: partners introduce clients; they cannot bind the firm, offer discounts or promise services/start dates. Referral rewards are taxable income where applicable. Follow any restrictions applying to your professional role.
- Changes: future program changes apply to future registrations/referrals. Terms accepted for an eligible introduction will be honored. Questions or attribution disputes: alexandercreuter@gmail.com.
Does a signup automatically trigger a reward?
No. A form submission is an introduction. The business must qualify, sign an agreement and make a collected service payment. Payments and payouts are verified manually; this page is not connected to Stripe.
How is information used?
We save partner names/emails and referred business contact details, needs, referral codes and review records to follow up, attribute referrals and administer rewards. The referral system uses Sites hosting and database storage. A short-lived technical identifier limits spam submissions. We do not sell this information. Contact Alex to request a correction or deletion, subject to records needed to administer payments and obligations. Avoid sharing sensitive financial or payroll data here.
